Time to Frame!
Hey Y'all!
Our PM sent us an update with pictures yesterday and everything looks good! Concrete has been poured and lumber was delivered! He said now we are just waiting for the framers to come over and start our framing! Since we had so much rain the other week the framers are a little behind schedule but let's hope they work fast! Here are some pics!

I can tell you in my experience the framing goes super quick. In about 3 days we went from nothing to basically finished. They are working on mechanicals today. Exciting time for sure.

We are building a Sorrento 2 car garage. We are just ahead of you, they just finished drywall and are doing the siding currently and painting inside
